1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pylot (pylotmortgage.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Pylot is operated by Lendid Loans, LLC, NMLS# 1470572.
2. Description of Service
Pylot is a self-serve mortgage refinance application platform. Through Pylot, you can explore refinance rates, submit a mortgage application, authorize credit and verification checks, and receive a rate lock — all brokered by Lendid Loans, LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use Pylot. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Not a Commitment to Lend
Information provided through Pylot, including rates, payment estimates, and product options, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of any terms. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting review, and verification of information.
5. Rate and Pricing Information
Rates displayed are subject to change without notice and may vary based on creditworthiness, loan amount, loan-to-value ratio, property type, and other factors. A rate is not locked until you receive written confirmation of a rate lock from Lendid Loans, LLC.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Pylot integrates with third-party services including Plaid (asset verification), Truv and The Work Number (income verification), Canopy Connect (insurance verification), and Google Maps Platform (address autocomplete). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, including the Google Terms of Service. Lendid Loans, LLC is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
8. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent, Pylot may send you recurring text messages about your loan, including application-status updates, one-time verification codes, and messages from your mortgage advisor. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using Pylot or of obtaining any loan. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. 9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology comprising Pylot are the property of Lendid Loans, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lendid Loans, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pylot. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to use the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pylot shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pylot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on pylotmortgage.com.
